I could almost feel the peace he finally lived to feel. The back and forth between timelines actually kept it more interesting for me.įinally, I absolutely loved the ending. Maybe because I'm a huge fan of his, I couldn't believe what I was reading! How much he suffered and tried to unsuffer. The beginning of this book grasped me right away and I couldn't put it down.

Maybe we all would too having our personalities and moods altered by addiction. So who cares if he repeats something or blasts F bombs about his dentist. Not the edited version or the polished version. He shared it with us and made us (me anyway) feel the pain, frustration and heart break he felt throughout it. Not being a seasoned author, he wrote about his life to tell us, his fans, and maybe not so much fans, about his journey. I could write this review as a super critic but why? Matthew Perry is a very talented actor, screen and play writer.
